About the role

The Student Services & Sales Coordinator supports the daily operations of a language school, ensuring a welcoming environment for students and visitors while actively promoting courses and services. This hybrid role blends administrative support, student assistance, and sales activities to drive enrolments and enhance the overall student experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet students and visitors, serving as the primary point of contact for enquiries.
• Provide clear information on courses, schedules, and school services.
• Assist in organising lesson timetables, workshops, and school events.
• Maintain accurate student records and manage course bookings.
• Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks and assist with payment collection as directed.
• Promote courses, private lessons, exam preparation and workshops to walk‑in enquiries and current students.
• Convert enquiries into enrolments by offering guidance and follow‑up.
• Stay updated on promotions and communicate offers effectively.
• Participate in local marketing activities and help create basic photo/video content for social media.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident when speaking with prospective students and promoting courses.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and handle multiple tasks.
