Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Cloud Services

About the role

KalSoft is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers. You will ensure smooth delivery of managed cloud services, align solutions with client business needs, and drive continuous improvement across Azure and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Oversee end‑to‑end service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and timely incident resolution.
• Coordinate with internal support, engineering, and operations teams to monitor performance and mitigate risks.
• Provide technical guidance, review changes, and participate in architecture discussions.
• Act as escalation point for critical incidents, lead root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
• Prepare regular service reports, KPIs, and conduct service review meetings.
• Identify opportunities for automation, tool enhancements, and cloud optimization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in Technical Account Management, Service Delivery, or Managed Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong background in Azure operations, cloud infrastructure, security, monitoring, and support.
• Experience in enterprise, government, or banking environments.
• Excellent client‑facing, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in 24 × 7 support environments and solid understanding of ITIL processes.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ‑104, AZ‑305, AZ‑500, AZ‑700) preferred.
• Kuwait‑based candidates or those eligible for legal sponsorship in Kuwait.
