About the role

A football club in Kuwait is seeking a Japanese Technical Adviser to enhance the performance of its first team and youth academy. The adviser will introduce Japanese football methodology, design training programmes and support the overall technical development of the club.

Key responsibilities

Prepare technical and training programmes for the first team and youth academy.
Support youth development initiatives.
Educate coaching staff on Japanese football methodology.
Develop coaching frameworks and player‑development plans.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to the club.

Required profile

Professional age between 30 and 60 years.
Male gender.
Willingness to travel as needed.
No EU passport required.
Availability for a temporary contract in Kuwait.
