Technical Assistant

About the role

The Technical Assistant will support the project management team on a long‑term industrial contract, ensuring smooth preparation of documentation, scheduling and cost estimation activities. This position offers a chance to work on a prestigious K Company project in Ahmadi, Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing contract specifications, scopes of work, drawings and related project documents.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost estimates.
• Produce reports, conduct surveys and carry out feasibility studies.
• Draft memos, letters, service work orders and material requests.
• File and maintain office records and documentation.

Required profile

• University degree or secondary school diploma with at least two additional years of study.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Proficient with PC operations and Microsoft Office applications.
