Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to drive growth in industrial maintenance, repair, and engineering services. The role blends technical expertise with business development, requiring regular customer interaction, site visits, inspections, and proposal preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
• Identify customer requirements and maintenance opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Support tender submissions and technical documentation.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with operations and workshop teams.
• Build long‑term customer relationships.
• Support sales growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, engineering services, or technical sales.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical, Water & Utilities, or Heavy Industry sectors.
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
