Urgent Hiring: Electrical & Civil Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking experienced Electrical and Civil Supervisors to lead on‑site teams for oil & gas and industrial projects in Kuwait. The successful candidates will ensure high‑quality execution, safety compliance, and timely delivery of construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electricians, technicians, masons, steel fixers, welders and subcontractors.
• Oversee cable laying, termination, testing and installation of electrical equipment.
• Manage concrete works, structural works, excavation, foundations and finishing activities.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements (KOC/MEW), QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Plan, monitor progress and report on project schedules to achieve on‑time completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in electrical or civil construction, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating with clients such as KOC or MEW.
• Transferable visa holder able to join immediately.
