User Growth Manager

About the role

Keeta is seeking a User Growth Manager to lead end‑to‑end growth initiatives across the user lifecycle. You will shape acquisition, activation, retention and re‑activation strategies while collaborating closely with product, design, data, marketing and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive user growth strategies covering acquisition, activation, retention, churned user re‑activation and referral programs.
• Own full‑funnel traffic operations, optimizing in‑app placements such as homepage banners, pop‑ups, push notifications, search results and recommendation modules.
• Drive traffic acquisition through paid channels, strategic partnerships, co‑marketing initiatives and resource exchanges.
• Design, build and operate scalable growth products including membership tiers, loyalty programs, points systems, referral rewards and gamified engagement features.
• Partner with the Data team to create dashboards, monitor key metrics (DAU, conversion, retention, LTV, referral coefficient) and validate initiatives via A/B testing.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for business decisions.
• Develop deep market intelligence on consumer behavior and cultural preferences in Kuwait and the broader Gulf region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in user growth, acquisition and retention within a fast‑moving consumer or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, run experiments and iterate quickly.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with product, design, data, marketing and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of traffic mix optimization and partnership‑driven acquisition strategies.
