Vendor Coordinator

About the role

The Vendor Coordinator will manage daily operations for non‑food vendors on Talabat’s platform, ensuring partners are supported and performance targets are met. You will act as the main point of contact for vendors, helping them optimise listings, inventory and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily inventory, price updates, new SKUs and promotions for partners.
• Provide administrative assistance, resolve vendor issues and process requests through internal tools.
• Implement and monitor vendor‑driven promotions on the platform.
• Guide vendors in using Talabat’s internal technology for efficient order processing.
• Improve product content quality in both Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar vendor‑coordination role.
• Strong data‑analysis ability.
• Fluent Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Logical and strategic thinking, high commitment to performance.
• Effective organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑growing team.

Required skills

• Excel (basic to intermediate).
• Proficiency with internal tools and technology used for vendor management.
