Warehouse Incharge & Operation Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Incharge & Operation Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Shuwaikh. The role oversees daily warehouse activities for construction materials, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch. It also coordinates inventory control and collaborates with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise warehouse layout, supervise loading/unloading, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, reconcile inventory, and update ERP systems.
• Lead and assign duties to warehouse staff, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics to support seamless material flow.

Required profile

• Strong stock and inventory control experience, preferably in construction materials or trading environments.
• Proven ability to supervise warehouse workflows and motivate a diverse team.
• Basic computer literacy with familiarity in ERP or inventory management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is an advantage.
