About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales/Account Manager to drive client relationships and support the adoption of our cloud‑based HRMS solutions across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with clients across the GCC.
Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and retention.
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Build and maintain long‑term client partnerships.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, CRM, or B2B SaaS.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Good knowledge of the GCC market.
Must be located in Kuwait with a valid Kuwait driving license.
Customer‑focused with a passion for building strong client relationships.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong interest in technology and helping businesses leverage tech solutions.
