About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales/Account Manager to drive client relationships and support the adoption of our cloud‑based HRMS solutions across the GCC.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with clients across the GCC.
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and maintain long‑term client partnerships.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, CRM, or B2B SaaS.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Good knowledge of the GCC market.
- Must be located in Kuwait with a valid Kuwait driving license.
- Customer‑focused with a passion for building strong client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interest in technology and helping businesses leverage tech solutions.
