About the role
DRM-LND is expanding and seeks a dynamic Area Supervisor to manage multiple store locations, lead teams and strengthen brand presence across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure brand standards.
- Drive sales performance across multiple locations and B2B partners.
- Train, coach and empower store teams.
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence.
- Support marketing activations and new product launches.
- Ensure operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Required profile
- Several years of multi‑store retail management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Passion for premium accessories and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel across assigned stores.
