ADPE Technician (Desktop Support) – Camp Arifjan, Kuwait

About the role

The ADPE Technician provides professional laptop and desktop support to military and civilian customers in Kuwait, handling hardware, software, and network issues on government computers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain DoD‑approved communications and security software on government PCs.
• Troubleshoot hardware problems, repair or refer devices, and manage Windows OS, Microsoft Office 2007, and Exchange Server connectivity.
• Join computers to Microsoft Active Directory domains and configure Outlook, network printers, and TCP/IP settings.
• Maintain classified and unclassified system stability and perform other Service Desk functions as required.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with an active Secret (or higher) clearance.
• High school diploma or GED plus at least two years of automation equipment repair experience.
• Valid U.S. passport, International Driver’s Permit, and U.S. driver’s license; ability to pass medical, dental, psychological, and police clearance checks.
• Strong customer‑service skills and compliance with DoD 8570.01‑M certification requirements.
