About the role
The Airport Representative is the first point of contact for guests arriving at our Courtyard hotel in Kuwait City. You will create memorable first and last impressions by guiding guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest arrival services, including check‑in assistance and local area information.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding confidentiality.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and objects over 75 lb with assistance.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods, standing, walking, or sitting as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment while maintaining professional appearance and communication.
