About the role
LHJ Consulting is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a prestigious new Italian fine‑dining restaurant opening in Kuwait. The role requires luxury restaurant management expertise, strong leadership, and operational oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and culinary excellence.
- Lead and develop the restaurant team, fostering a culture of professionalism and guest focus.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate pre‑opening activities, including staff recruitment, training, and supplier negotiations.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a General Manager in luxury or fine‑dining establishments.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East, preferably with pre‑opening projects.
- Fluent English; Italian language skills are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait and commence employment promptly.
