Area Manager

About the role

Al Mejhem Global Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead daily operations across multiple locations in Salmiya. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maintaining high service standards, driving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate store or branch activities to guarantee consistent service quality.
• Manage staff schedules, inventory, and resource allocation across all assigned sites.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement data‑driven improvement plans.
• Support staff training, development, and coaching to achieve sales and service targets.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and operational projects.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure adherence to local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in area management or multi‑site supervision.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of coaching and motivating diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff, customers, and senior leaders.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced environment, with solid organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an asset.
