Area Manager

About the role

We are a leading restaurant management company in Kuwait seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a cluster of dining outlets. The role focuses on delivering consistent food quality, disciplined operations, and memorable guest experiences across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day performance of a cluster of branches.
• Achieve sales targets, control costs and maintain P&L discipline.
• Coach and develop branch managers, overseeing staffing and training.
• Enforce brand standards, hygiene, food safety and service quality.
• Monitor stock levels, supplier performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead new branch openings as the group expands.
• Report performance metrics and action plans to senior management.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years managing multiple food & beverage outlets.
• Strong command of sales, food cost and labour cost metrics.
• Proven leadership of multi‑site restaurant teams.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in Kuwait.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Kuwait; immediate joiners preferred.
