About the role

The Assistant Manager will lead a team of developers delivering custom applications and integrating enterprise systems. This position oversees the full software development lifecycle and works closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive modern, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise a development team responsible for custom applications and enterprise integrations.
Manage the complete SDLC – design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.
Oversee application integration initiatives across internal platforms and third‑party systems.
Ensure compliance with software development, security, change‑management and release‑management best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
Drive application modernization, optimization and continuous‑improvement projects.
Monitor application performance, scalability, reliability and security.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
5‑8 years of experience in software development, systems integration and enterprise applications.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Proven track record managing development projects and supporting business‑critical applications.
Experience working in enterprise environments and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

Front‑end: Angular, AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular Material.
Back‑end.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, Web Forms, WinForms, REST, SOAP.
Programming: C#, VB.NET, VBScript, SQL.
Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
Enterprise integration: Oracle EBS, Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI, APEX, IBM Maximo 7.6 / MAS 8.
Analytics & reporting: Power BI, OBIEE.
DevOps & cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Microservices, SaaS integrations, Microsoft Power Platform.
Advanced technologies: Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Generative AI.
