Solution Architect

About the role

The Solution Architect will translate large, complex business requirements into system, application, and process designs, acting as the client’s advocate throughout the project lifecycle. This role combines technical leadership with stakeholder engagement and can be performed up to 50% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather insights from a broad range of stakeholders to define and execute project scope and architecture.
• Document architecture using description documents, decision logs, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to drive technical governance of design, build, and deployment.
• Demonstrate business value such as revenue release or cost savings and manage requirement ambiguities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (12+ years) or Master’s (8+ years) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of technical pre‑sales and project management experience.
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Professional or native Arabic language proficiency.
