About the role
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Supervisor to support our delivery operations team in Kuwait. The role involves assisting the Operations Supervisor in daily management and ensuring smooth order deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Supervisor in managing daily delivery operations.
- Monitor drivers, ensure timely order deliveries, and follow up on attendance and duty schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, restaurants, and internal teams.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily operational reports and support route planning and fleet coordination.
Required profile
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in delivery, logistics, fleet, or operations.
- Previous experience supervising drivers is preferred.
- Good communication, problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and good English proficiency.
