Operations Staff – Kuwait City

About the role

Basraa.app is seeking a responsible and energetic Operations Staff member to support daily delivery operations in Kuwait City. The role ensures smooth coordination between customers, drivers, merchants, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily delivery orders to maintain smooth operations.
• Assign drivers and follow up to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Track ongoing deliveries, resolve delays or issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, merchants, drivers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, driver activities, and daily operational updates.
• Prepare daily operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle customer and merchant inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Support onboarding, coordination, and management of merchants and delivery drivers.
• Assist management in improving operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Delivery, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Residency in Kuwait is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with computer systems.
