Assistant Waiter (Male)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, service‑oriented Assistant Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team in Kuwait. You will support the Head Waiter in delivering a seamless dining experience, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient service in line with company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and follow approved service etiquette.
• Assist the Head Waiter in delivering food and beverages according to SOPs.
• Serve dishes and drinks accurately from the kitchen and service bar.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to aid guests.
• Set up the restaurant before service, including outdoor umbrellas.
• Organise service stations and consoles (Pandora/Service Console) to company standards.
• Clear, clean and reset tables after each course and upon guest departure.
• Complete opening, closing and daily side duties assigned by management.
• Monitor and replenish service supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean indoor dining areas, vacuum chairs and upholstery before service.
• Operate restaurant equipment safely and follow manufacturer guidelines.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations in Kuwait.
• Report accidents, equipment malfunctions and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
