About the role
Motorgy is looking for an enthusiastic Auto Sales Consultant to join its on‑site team in Mirqab, Kuwait. You will act as a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers on our digital automotive platform, helping them navigate the car buying and selling process with confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide sales consulting and customer service to platform users.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships to foster long‑term loyalty.
- Adapt to flexible working hours to meet client needs and manage negotiations.
- Effectively communicate with potential buyers and sellers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining platform standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales, preferably with used cars.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Highly motivated with a strong focus on target achievement.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities and a customer‑satisfaction mindset.
- Effective communicator who thrives under pressure.
