About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of specialty teas and related beverages, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty teas, hot and cold beverages according to established recipes.
- Greet customers, take orders, provide product recommendations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and service area.
- Support inventory checks for tea supplies and collaborate with team members to promote the brand’s specialty tea offerings.
Required profile
- Strong barista experience with specialty tea preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills for teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a busy service area.
- Willingness to learn about different tea varieties, brewing methods and brand products.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
