About the role
A highly motivated barista with a good personality is sought for a full-time on-site position in Kuwait City. The barista prepares and serves coffee and tea beverages, as well as other food and drink items.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and keep the café clean inside and out
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare food and drinks carefully and to the company's standards
- Manage inventory, restock supplies and identify ordering needs
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a barista
- Experience with different coffee methods such as V60
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art
- Familiarity with handling cash or using POS systems
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
