Guest Service Associate (Waiter)

About the role

Hudson Manpower is recruiting an experienced Guest Service Associate (Waiter) for a well-known restaurant group in Kuwait. The position is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, help with seating and make a good first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and suggest menu items when needed.
• Serve food, drinks and desserts promptly while keeping high service standards.
• Handle guest requests, questions and complaints professionally.
• Keep dining areas, tables and service stations clean and well presented.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth service.
• Process bills and payments correctly according to company procedures.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and service standards at all times.

Required profile

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a waiter, server or guest service associate in a restaurant or hotel.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Service preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Gulf or international restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Age limit: 28 years.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and food and beverage service.
• Strong guest-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
