Beauty Advisor - Skindollize

About the role

Skindollize, which represents The Face Shop, a leading Korean skincare brand, is looking for a full-time Beauty Advisor in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The role centres on delivering excellent customer service, giving skincare consultations, recommending suitable products and reaching sales targets and retail KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide skincare consultations and recommend suitable products, explaining benefits and demonstrating correct use
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and monitor retail KPIs such as ATV, UPT and conversion rate
• Use upselling and cross-selling techniques and build long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with customers by call and message and record their feedback
• Process sales and orders accurately through ERP and POS systems
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness and stock organisation, and monitor stock levels
• Complete sales reports and tasks on time and follow company policies

Required profile

• Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics or retail sales is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and selling skills, good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Required skills

• Good knowledge of skincare products and routines
• Understanding of retail KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate)
• Basic knowledge of ERP and POS systems
