Sales Executive - Interior Design Proposals

About the role

Zwaya is a Kuwait-based interior design and construction firm with more than 500 completed projects and a team of 25+ designers and engineers. As Sales Executive you turn design proposals into signed contracts, working alongside the designers in proposal meetings and owning the client relationship until signing.

Key responsibilities

• Join proposal meetings with the designer, present pricing and payment terms and handle client objections
• Follow up after the meeting until the contract is signed
• Qualify new leads before meetings (project status, timeline, decision-maker, budget)
• Manage the sales pipeline on WhatsApp and CRM
• Hit clear monthly sales targets

Required profile

• 2+ years selling high-value services or products (interior design, real estate, automotive, aesthetics or similar)
• Fluent Kuwaiti/Gulf Arabic and good English
• Confident discussing price and defending value, not discounting
• Organized, with persistent follow-up without pressure
• Interest in interior design is a plus
