Beauty Center Operations Manager

About the role

Skin Lounge is seeking a full-time Beauty Center Operations Manager to lead daily activities at its premium facility in Kuwait City. The role ensures smooth workflows, high-quality client experiences, and efficient team performance across all service areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front-desk and therapist schedules, coordinating appointments and client flow.
• Supervise daily operations, maintaining hygiene standards and service quality.
• Oversee inventory, supplier relationships and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor business performance and track key KPIs.
• Support marketing initiatives and resolve escalated client concerns.
• Coach, develop and evaluate staff, fostering a motivated team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of operations or supervisory experience in a beauty centre, aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic or medical spa.
• Strong leadership, team-management and customer-service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Beauty Management, Cosmetology or related field (preferred).
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
