About the role
The Beauty Consultant for L'Occitane will deliver outstanding customer service, use sales techniques and product knowledge to meet sales targets, and maintain store standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized advice, demonstrate product usage, and generate sales while achieving line and sales targets.
- Maintain counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, and merchandising according to brand guidelines.
- Handle new product launches, promotions, and post‑launch sales tracking.
- Generate daily sales reports and monitor sell‑out targets at store level.
- Ensure stock receipt, report shortages, and manage inventory on the shop floor.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Strong grooming standards and ability to build strong guest loyalty.
