About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Document Controller and Secretary to support a civil construction project, ensuring seamless flow of project documentation between the construction site and head office. The role combines document management with administrative assistance, requiring fluency in Arabic and English.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the document control system, handling drawings, RFIs, submittals, and contracts.
- Control document versions, organize filing systems, and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Track correspondence, maintain logs, and guarantee proper distribution of documents between site and head office.
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the project team.
- Assist with coordination tasks and facilitate communication across project stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience with document control processes, preferably within construction projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency in document control systems.
