Senior BIM Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The Senior BIM Manager will lead the development, implementation and enforcement of BIM standards and digital delivery workflows for the Infrastructure department. Based in Kuwait, the role works closely with Digital Delivery, IT and the Department Director to ensure consistent, high‑quality BIM execution across local and international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines and templates aligned with ISO 19650.
• Conduct audits, model quality checks and clash detection to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate training, up‑skilling programmes and BIM kickoff meetings.
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), oversee content libraries and automate routine tasks.
• Support project teams with QA/QC, issue management and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of BIM implementation experience in infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred.
• ISO 19650 and BIM certification preferred.

Required skills

• Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Etabs, Safe, SAP2000, S‑Concrete, RAM Connections, Ram Concept, Concide Beam.
• IMAGINiT Clarity, Kinship, Power BI, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of BS/PAS 1192, COBie/IFC workflows and Dynamo scripting (preferred).
