Brand Manager – Obesity (Kuwait)

About the role

Lilly is seeking a Brand Manager to lead pre‑launch and launch preparations for its weight‑management portfolio in Kuwait. The role will shape strategy based on consumer insights, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure the brand’s objectives are met with integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team to develop and implement customer plans, launch preparations, and operational activities for the weight‑management indication.
• Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to align strategy and initiatives for the Upper Gulf region.
• Develop TL mapping and engagement plans for weight‑management.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs to execute environmental shaping activities.
• Create operational plans and TP activities that increase deep touch points and expand SOA partnerships.
• Achieve brand health goals, meet annual targets, and manage OPEX to support company objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical experience, including prior marketing roles.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams or large projects; MBA is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait pharma market and landscape.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
