Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaking) - Kuwait City

About the role

Fresha, an AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, is looking for an Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive to take ownership of growing its presence in Kuwait. The role is office-based, five days a week, and covers the full sales cycle: building a pipeline, winning new business and shaping Fresha's growth in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and drive new business growth in Kuwait
• Reach out to key decision-makers by phone, email and social media, and respond quickly to qualified inbound leads
• Own the sales process from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation and close
• Analyse partner needs and position the right Fresha solutions
• Work with internal teams to ensure a good partner experience and share insights on market trends
• Act as a trusted commercial contact for partners and help them grow

Required profile

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of results
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (mandatory)
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable
• Natural relationship builder, organised and curious
