Beauty Consultant - L'Occitane

About the role

L'Occitane, part of Chalhoub Group, is hiring a Beauty Consultant. The consultant delivers outstanding customer service, uses appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets, and is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, new launches, promotions, merchandising and maintaining high grooming standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to build strong customer loyalty
• Answer customer queries about products, prices, availability, uses and services
• Assess customer needs and advise on the product range best suited to them
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of brands and products
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets, including sell-out tracking at store level
• Generate daily sales reports and track post-launch sales
• Take part in achieving incentives
• Keep merchandising levels in line with brand guidelines and replenish stock on the right shelves and counters at the right times
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form and receive stock according to procedure

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the beauty industry
• Ability to meet grooming standards and work in a retail environment
