Business Development Executive – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑oriented Business Development Executive with solid experience in Kuwait’s oil and gas sector. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with oil rig and drilling companies, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with oil rig companies, drilling contractors, and EPC firms.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Maintain regular visits to client sites and industrial areas across Kuwait.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of up to 3 years of business development or sales experience in Kuwait’s Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with oil rig operations and related service companies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Kuwait market and industrial sectors.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.

• Salary range: 300–350 KWD per month plus incentives.
