Business Development Manager – AEC Software

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of a leading portfolio of BIM, CAD and construction technology solutions across Kuwait. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships and delivering revenue growth within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AEC, infrastructure and engineering sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers and government entities.
• Promote a portfolio of BIM, CAD and construction technology solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with presales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and product demonstrations.
• Expand existing accounts through upselling, cross‑selling and renewals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets.
• Work closely with channel partners and technology vendors on joint business initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in the AEC software sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience engaging with consultants, contractors, developers and government entities.
• Arabic language skills are mandatory.
