About the role
The Sales Consultant will deliver excellent customer service by identifying needs, offering advice, and demonstrating suitable products to achieve sales targets and build loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet every customer warmly and provide excellent service.
- Identify customer needs, recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, and close sales.
- Process cash and electronic payments, issue receipts, and provide professional checkout service.
- Handle customer complaints according to company policy and escalate when needed.
- Maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, and in‑store promotions.
- Uphold personal grooming standards and keep the store tidy.
- Monitor stock levels daily and inform the manager of low stock.
- Comply with all company policies, including refunds, security, and health & safety.
- Recruit customers for the database and enter their details accurately.
- Minimize stock loss by staying vigilant on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
Required profile
- High school qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
