Business Manager – Interventional Therapies

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to lead growth and performance of its Interventional Therapies portfolio in the assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive revenue, commercial excellence, and market development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets and expand market share for Interventional Therapies.
• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Manage distributor performance through objectives, business reviews and corrective actions.
• Develop pricing, commercial and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs, key customers and healthcare institutions.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing commercial team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience in cardiovascular or interventional therapies is preferred.
