About the role
Join a premium luxury chocolate brand as a Store Manager and Sales Lady, delivering exceptional customer service to Kuwaiti clients, event planners, and bloggers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Welcome and assist customers, providing product recommendations through suggestive selling, upselling, and cross‑selling.
- Oversee product presentation, sales transactions, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required profile
- Well‑presented, enthusiastic, and customer‑oriented professional.
- 1‑5 years of experience in retail or sales, with a graduation or diploma qualification.
Required skills
- Suggestive selling, upselling, and cross‑selling techniques.
What we offer
- Salary: KWD 300–500 (all‑inclusive package).
- Incentives as per company policy.
- 9‑hour workday, benefits in line with Kuwait Labour Law.
- Immediate start preferred.
