Car Rental Sales Executive (Kuwait)

About the role

The Car Rental Sales Executive will promote and sell short‑term and long‑term vehicle rental services to corporate and individual customers in Kuwait. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate and individual customers.
• Generate sales leads through visits, calls, referrals, networking and online channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and rental agreements.
• Negotiate rental terms, pricing and contract conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct customer visits and recommend suitable rental solutions.
• Coordinate with operations for timely vehicle delivery and collection.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations and outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in car rental, automotive, leasing or transportation.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
• English proficiency required; Arabic preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and corporate sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
