Cards Telesales Agent

About the role

The Cards Telesales Agent will turn pre‑screened leads into active credit‑card holders for a leading bank. Working with warm, qualified prospects, you will follow proven scripts and product playbooks to meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound and inbound telesales campaigns using bank‑provided lead lists to acquire new credit‑card customers.
• Qualify prospects, match them with the appropriate card offering, handle objections and secure completed applications.
• Guide newly issued cardholders through activation, first transaction and digital‑wallet setup to maximise 30‑day active rates.
• Maintain accurate interaction logs, dispositions and pipeline stages in the CRM system.
• Adhere to approved scripts, call‑recording rules and quality‑assurance feedback to ensure compliance and a customer‑first approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound and inbound telesales, preferably in credit‑card or financial product acquisition.
• Ability to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and comfort handling objections.
• Attention to compliance, script adherence and data quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and pipeline management.
