About the role
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will manage cash, credit and digital transactions while delivering friendly service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash, credit and digital payments accurately and issue receipts, refunds and change.
- Maintain and balance the cash register at the start and end of each shift.
- Monitor daily cash inflow and outflow, supporting overall cash‑flow management.
- Record transactions and assist with basic accounting tasks, preparing daily cash reports and flagging discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries and keep the checkout area clean and organized.
Required profile
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of cash‑flow management principles.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong numerical ability, honesty, trustworthiness and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
