Civil Site Engineer – Piling Works

About the role

Archirodon is seeking two Civil Site Engineers to supervise offshore piling and foundation activities on a newly awarded oil and gas project in Kuwait. You will ensure safe, high‑quality construction while coordinating closely with project teams and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise piling and foundation works in line with project specifications and procedures.
• Communicate with engineers, foremen and supervisors to guarantee clear understanding of tasks.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments as required.
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE, surveyors and clients.
• Monitor piling operations, testing and progress to ensure compliance with quality, safety and schedule.
• Prepare piling records, inspection reports and other technical documentation.
• Ensure safe operation of piling equipment and adherence to HSE standards.
• Produce progress reports and support efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement and project management teams to support successful delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geological Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 + years experience in offshore piling projects.
• Strong knowledge of piling methods, foundation systems and geotechnical construction practices.
• Familiarity with bored piles, driven piles, CFA piles and sheet piling.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
