About the role
We are seeking a Civil Works Technician to join our real estate company in Kuwait City.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out minor civil repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Identify defects and report maintenance requirements.
Required profile
- Previous experience in civil maintenance and repair works.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid, transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18) and immediate availability preferred.
