Client Relations Officer (Call Center)

About the role
The Client Relations Officer will join ZAD’s call centre in Kuwait City, handling both inbound and outbound calls to support and grow the company’s client base. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships through phone interactions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and issues.
- Resolve problems promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
- Document interactions and update client records accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic with a local accent for effective communication.
- Ability to work rotating shifts; only morning shift available for female candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to a five‑day work week, eight hours per day.
