Commercial Growth & Marketing Lead

About the role

Reporting to the CEO of a multidisciplinary healthcare institution in Kuwait, the Commercial Growth & Marketing Lead will drive new revenue opportunities and elevate the organisation’s market presence. The role combines strategic commercial planning with hands‑on digital marketing execution to support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and sustainable revenue streams.
• Build and manage partnerships with corporate clients, insurers and other key stakeholders.
• Lead business initiatives from planning and evaluation through implementation.
• Enhance digital marketing performance, audience reach and conversion rates.
• Use commercial insights and performance data to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial and operational teams to align commercial activities.
• Oversee budgets, external vendors and commercial policies.
• Lead the Commercial Growth and Marketing & Communications teams.
• Ensure all commercial activities comply with regulatory and institutional requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in healthcare or the GCC market.
• Successful track record in commercial growth, business development and strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to improve digital marketing performance and customer conversion.
• Strong knowledge of commercial planning, pricing, financial analysis and performance measurement.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
