Commercial Growth & Marketing Office Lead

About the role

The Commercial Growth & Marketing Office Lead will drive patient acquisition and commercial partnership initiatives for a leading healthcare organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leader will align digital marketing performance with the hospital’s strategic goals and ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance marketing, designing full‑funnel digital campaigns to lower patient acquisition cost and maximize ROI.
• Identify and close B2B opportunities, corporate wellness packages, insurance contracts, and private‑pay service models.
• Build real‑time dashboards, attribution models and performance routines to translate marketing activity into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with the CEO, clinical heads, finance and transformation teams to align commercial execution with hospital priorities.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, vendor selection and regulatory compliance while mentoring the Commercial Growth and Marketing & Communications teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field with a focus on digital marketing or data analytics.
• 12+ years of commercial growth experience, including at least 6 years in a leadership role within healthcare or GCC markets.
• Proven track record of closing complex healthcare deals and scaling digital marketing performance.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
