Commercial Kitchen Technician

About the role

Top Kitchens, Kuwait’s premier Total Solution Provider for the Hospitality and Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Technician. You will be responsible for hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy‑duty catering and kitchen equipment, minimizing downtime for top F&B operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency repairs on a wide variety of commercial kitchen equipment across client sites in Kuwait.
• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial refrigeration units, including chillers and freezers.
• Repair and calibrate heavy‑duty commercial ovens, ranges, and related cooking equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with commercial coffee machines and specialized beverage equipment.
• Apply practical technical expertise on‑site to extend equipment lifespan and ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven practical experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair.
• Hands‑on experience with refrigerators, chillers, commercial ovens, coffee machines and other heavy‑duty kitchen equipment.
• Preferred age under 45 years.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration units.
• Calibration of commercial ovens and ranges.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of coffee and beverage equipment.
