About the role
We are seeking an Indian Cook at the Commis II level to join the Central Kitchen of Salad Creations Restaurant in Qurain, Kuwait. This full‑time position involves preparing a variety of Indian dishes in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Indian menu items according to established recipes.
- Assist senior chefs with mise en place and ingredient preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Required profile
- Experience as a commis cook, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume kitchen.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to kitchen protocols.
